The Property
This cute 1368 square foot ranch style home is located just off Woodstock, about 2 blocks from the Mt. Scott Community Center. Conveniently located near the downtown Woodstock area and close to major shopping and transportation.
There is a clean attached garage through an enclosed patio that goes right in the master bedroom. The bonus room is between the master bedroom and the main living area. It could be used as a nursery, an office or just a den. There are 2 full baths, one off the master bedroom, the other next to the 2nd bedroom. The living area is connected to a dining area. There is a smaller dining area in the kitchen. The door from the drive way comes into the laundry room which then goes into the kitchen. It has a small yard with beautiful flowers and plants and a private back deck.

The Neighborhood
This is a very nice, quiet neighborhood with lots of perks. Some of the local amenities include: His Bakery, Putter’s Bar and Grill and the Mt. Scott Community Center and Park. This is a great place for families with kids. The park is loaded with kid friendly playgrounds and the community center has a pool for the kids and adults.
